The Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 Small Business (CIO-SP3 SB) government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) is a ten-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract managed by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Information Technology Acquisitions and Assessment Center (NITAAC). The CIO-SP3 SB vehicle is not limited to purely health IT initiatives; instead, any federal agency can access the vehicle for services. Additionally, CIO-SP3 SB procures general IT services like - software development, systems integration, and information assurance to support agency missions.
